Janet McClusky brings more than 25 years of Mortgage Banking and Accounting experience to her critical role as Chief Financial Officer for Gold Star. An integral member of Gold Star’s Executive Leadership Team since coming aboard in 2011, Janet utilizes her vast expertise in process improvement, loan delivery, analytics assessment and forecasting to ensure Gold Star’s long term fiscal health.

Prior to joining Gold Star, Janet held several senior executive positions within the mortgage banking arena including Vice President of Operations with Prime Financial Group, Inc., and provided incomparable consulting services to numerous midsized mortgage companies and appraisal management companies.

In 2016, Mortgage Professional America named McClusky among the nation’s 100 Elite Women of Finance.
